INSTRUCTIONS
This order form is specifically for use in combining an Upper Front position
stock graphic with your Custom Text Title centered directly below the design.
EXCEPTIONS: Due to space limitations this imprint option not available for
album covers with "windows", "cutouts" or "frames"
on front cover or for 7x7 albums or smaller.
IMPRINT OPTION: In addition to the Upper Front position iimprints, a Lower
Right or Lower Center position imprint is available for 8x10 albums or larger. See
details on order forms.
TIPS: Browse through the Stock
Designs/Titles
to find the unique design number for the design/title you wish to use. Include the
7-character design/title code in the field indicated at right.

COLORS
The most
popular imprint colors are Gold and Silver. If your album has an existing imprinted
border, we suggest matching its color for best results. For example, Silver on CM
Sapphire, Gold on CM Navy, etc.
