PREPARING YOUR ORDER
Follow these easy steps to order imprinting ("embossing") for your album covers:

scrapbook shipping carton
STEP 1 - Order our double-walled shipping carton below (this step is optional)
We do not require that you use our
shipping carton for mailing but we can provide one if you need a carton. Pack-and-ship stores can also provide suitable shipping cartons. Ours is a double-walled carton of an appropriate size to accommodate multiple album cover sets and includes packaging materials for safe shipping.

Your completed albums will be shipped to you a new round-trip carton, sealed inside a heavy duty plastic shipping bag to preserve a clean shipping carton for use with your next order.

If you wish to use a different shipping carton,
CM Persona box, etc., check here.

Sample imprint order form
STEP 2 - Choose your "embossed" imprinting options
Choose your preferred imprinting options using the
order forms on this website. Fill in the blanks on the corresponding order form for each of your covers. Each cover that you send to us (e.g. Front, Spine or Back) needs a corresponding imprint form. Fill out the form online and print two copies, one to include with the cover and one to keep for your own records.

IMPORTANT: Send only the covers to be imprinted (no pages, binding straps, hinges or extra covers, etc.).

SCRAPBOOK EMBOSSING ORDER FORMS
Each order shipment requires one Order Summary form for your billing and shipping information plus one Imprint Order form for each cover being personalized.

Use the links at left for Stock Titles and Graphic Designs or view this list of commonly used
Order Forms for custom options and reorders.

STEP 3 - Complete and print the Order Summary form
Fill in the blanks on the online
Order Summary form. Print two copies, one to include with the order and one to keep for your own records. After printing the Summary form, fill out the Payment section by hand to summarize your order and provide payment information.

STEP 4 - Pack your covers for shipment
We love scrapbooks but staples, tape and paper clips don't!
Stack your covers, placing one copy of each imprint form on top of its corresponding cover and place your Order Summary Form on top of the stack. Wrap the stack of covers inside a clear plastic bag and use packaging materials to cushion the covers inside the shipping carton. Seal the carton with package sealing tape and ship to our service center using this
pre-addressed shipping label. Please do not use staples, paper clips or tape to attach order forms to your covers as they can be damaging to covers.

STEP 5 - Ship your order
Ship your order to us via the carrier of your choice (US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We suggest purchasing shipping insurance as necessary to cover the replacement cost of your cover sets. (UPS and FedEx include insurance for up to $100 value in their base shipping rate.) Once we receive your covers we take full responsibility for insuring their safe return to you and we
guarantee that you will be delighted with the results.

Shipping times for like services are similar from one carrier to another. Examples of typical ground delivery times to Goldstamp from:

We love scrapbooks but staples, tape and paper clips don't!
- Within 200 miles of St. Louis - 1 day
 - Ohio, Pennsylvania, W.V., Tennessee, Carolinas - 2 days
 - Midwest, Upper Midwest, Colorado, Texas - 2 days
 - East Coast, Northeast, Florida - 3 days
 - Southern California, Arizona, Utah - 3 days
 - Northern California, Oregon, Washington - 4 days

Note: If shipping from within 200 miles of St. Louis do not use "express" or "overnight" service as it will cost substantially more but will arrive no sooner than regular ground shipping methods.

TIPS FOR PACKING AND SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
GOLDSTAMP SHIPPING CARTON (optional purchase)
You can use any suitable carton to send your covers to us. Our carton is double-walled to provide greater protection for your album covers. Bubble wrap or other packaging fill materials are included for additional protection and the carton is shipped to you inside of a plastic bag to keep the box clean for use on your next order. The carton is designed to safely ship up to eight 12"x12" or 12"x15" front or back covers plus spines (or up to 50 spines only).

PRINT THE SHIPPING LABEL
Please print this pre-addressed
shipping label to affix to your package. Refer to "Packing Tips" below.

SHIPPING
The U.S. Postal Service's Parcel Post is often most economical. Priority mail is faster, especially when shipping from East or West coasts or Mountain states and is delivered from most addresses within 3 days.
The UPS Store, FedEx Office (formerly Kinko's), PakMail or other "pack-and-ship" stores are also convenient and packing service is an available option. FedEx or UPS automatically insure your package contents up to $100 value which is often enough for smaller orders but we recommend purchasing additional insurance if the replacement value of your covers exceeds this amount. Once completed, your album covers will be returned to you via FedEx Ground or US Priority mail. View outbound shipping details

PACKING AND SHIPPING TIPS
Using a shipping carton:
To ship safely, we recommend using a half inch or more of space filled with packing material around your covers in the box. The objective is to pad the covers and fill the carton to prevent contents from moving around during shipment.

Using a shipping envelope: While we suggest using a corrugated carton instead, some prefer a cardboard or padded shipping envelope for shipping album covers. If using a shipping envelope, using cardboard or chipboard inside the envelope will make the envelope more resistant to bending. Postal Service tip: Mark the envelope "DO NOT BEND".

Recommended: Insure your shipment for replacement value of contents. Goldstamp accepts responsibility for your covers while in our possession and return shipping to you.

SPINE COVERS - IMPORTANT TIP
Never fold spine covers as folding may cause a crease; Better to ship spine covers slightly curved or "flat" inside package.
